Hi Suzywunder,
Sorry, but a market like les Halles in Paris is not known in Provincia Alicante.
But I think, if you talk with owners of stands on the mercadillo (wednesday in la Mata or friday in Torrevieja), they will deliver also greater quantities, if needed.
