Libraries in Torrevieja’s beaches

From July, 1 to August, 22 of 2010.

Since the 1st of July, the beaches of La Mata, Los Locos, El Cura and Los
Náufragos, will start offering a library service known as Biblioplayas, which
will remain open until August, 22.
Over 50,000 books –of all genres, magazines, daily press, etc.- may be
acquired in these four libraries.
Opening hours: from 10.30 am to 10 pm, Monday to Sunday.
In order to get a book in these Biblioplayas you have to pay for it as a
caution, and once it is given back the money is refunded.
During all summer months, reading points will remain open to the public at
different official buildings, such as the Library and study room located in the
“Virgen del Carmen” Cultural Centre, which ahs approximately 60 seats
especially reserved to university students, as well as the 24 hours room at the
Cultural Centre.
Since July, 1 the Local Library’s opening hours will be Monday to Friday, from
8am to 9pm and Saturdays, from 9.30am to 1pm and from 5pm to 8pm.
