Situated on the Torrevieja to La Mata coast road, the panoramic viewpoint La
Torre del Moro represents the early watchtowers which gave the town its name.

This is a place which recreates the historic roots of Torrevieja and from which
beautiful photographs of the sea and sea coves can be obtained.
In the centre there is a tourist information office, and the "homage to the
tourist", a work which won one of the town of Torrevieja sculpture prizes.
