24 International Choir Festival "Ciudad de Torrevieja"

From 8th to 11th April 2010

As usual every year in spring is held in Torrevieja the “Encuentro Coral Internacional “Ciudad de Torrevieja”, it is a cultural reference point in Europe and Southamerica which is organized by the “Francisco Vallejos” choir from Torrevieja and sponsored by the Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja, el Patronato Municipal de Habaneras, Centro Comercial “Habaneras” y Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo.

Performances will start the 8th of April at 21.00 with the “Francisco Vallejos” choir and their Children choir. The following days, concerts at the “Teatro Municipal” will by held by  “Brikcius Ensemble” from Madrid, Coro femenino “Eos” from Italy, “Ois Voice” from Austria, “Vocado”, from Sueden y Cor de dones “A cau d’orella” from Valencia and the  “San Marino Chamber Singers” from EEUU. On Sunday every choir will take part on the finery concert.

Tickets will be available at the ticket office of the “Teatro Municial” or at the “Patronato de Habaneras” at the price of 2€.
