Woman rescued after having suffered an accident in her own house at Orihuela Costa

The 70 years old British woman had not been seen for several days by any neighbour, when they suddenly heard cries for help coming from her house.

After receiving a call from her neighbours, the Orihuela Costa Local Police found an old British woman who had been lying for several days after suffering an accident, and they rescued the woman with the help of firemen.

The incident happened early in the morning of the 16th of May at the Urbanization Las Piscinas, Orihuela Costa.

Once the Local Police had been warned, the agents inspected the house from outside, when they saw the woman lying on the ground. Apparently, she had fallen and remained still due to some kind of fracture; throughout all the time she was lying on the ground, she was accompanied by her little dog. She was rescued with dehydration symptoms and taken by an ambulance to the Hospital.
