39 boys arrested for its membership of a violent gang
The Guardia Civil has arrested 39 people belonging to a violent gang of youngsters called BLOOD.
They were young boys aged between 14 and 25, and do not hesitated to use violence in order to show they were the dominant gang in the area.
First investigations and arrests were carried out in Torrevieja.
The Guardia Civil, during the so-called CARPETAZO operation, has arrested in the provinces of Madrid, Valencia and Alicante a total of thirty-nine people of Colombian, Cuban, Chilean, Ecuadorean, Ukrainian, Rumanian, American and Moroccan nationality, pertaining to a violent gang of youngsters accused of alleged crimes of conspiracy, drug trafficking, injuries, burglary, threat and illegal possession of arms.
During the inspections practised, weapons, several amounts of drugs, adulteration, manipulation and crop tools, apart from many documents belonging to the gang.
They are young men aged between 14 and 25, who marked their territory by using paintings and graffities and who do not hesitate to use violence in order to show they were the dominant gang in the area. Furthermore, they controlled retail drug traffic in several leisure places, and were related to different burglaries and robberies.
