A British citizen arrested due to supposed domestic violence

The Local Police of Orihuela (Alicante) has arrested a 47 year old English citizen because of supposed domestic violence against his partner, a 39 year old woman.

The policemen realised about it when, just by chance, they found themselves before the couple’s house in the urbanization of Dream Hills 1, in Orihuela Costa. The woman went out of the house in an extreme nerves shock.

Facts happened around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, 12 July. The Police Patrol went to their domicile after a warning to the 112 Emergencies service after a strong argument, screams and blows heard in the mentioned house. When they arrived, the security guards explained the agents that ‘due to the strong screams, above all from the woman, which could be heard from the outside, they knocked at the door and nobody opened’. In that very moment, the woman run out of the house and hid in the garden next door.

The woman had bruises in her left hand and was very nervous. As the agents explained, ‘the man had hit her, he could have done her many times before and probably while they were still in Great Britain’. The man was arrested and the woman was taken to the Health Centre to be assisted, and she was later accompanied to make the formal complaint about the facts.

Please note that no commisseration is shown to this domestic violence because the woman invited her man to her house knowing full well of his past experience of domestic violence to her recently not just once but many times. Letting in such type of person into your home is just asking for trouble brought on by no one but by the woman herself. I believe that no person should lay hands on another, but the circumstances in this instance if you look at it boils down to money and the need to be bailed out of arrears in mortgage, suma, community charges, utilities. Tolerance level will be reached by the man if he is being harrassed to present funds she knows full well he does NOT have in hand nor will ever give to her to tide her over the current financial shortfall.

What a drama especially happening at night when neigbours should be peacefully asleep becomes again SCREAM HILLS. No shame nor respect shown to neighbours to keep low their bickerings!!!! Guard and Policia, please do something about such repeat to tell off THAT WOMAN NOT TO LET KNOWN RASCALS IN ONE'S ABODE to reinstate Dream Hills as SWEET DREAMS NOT SCREAM HILLS. Tell her off and ask if she will repeat re-screaming in the dead of the night to disturb peaceful neighbour's slumber. Many thanks.
