30th Winter celebrations of the Torrevieja’s Casino cultural association

The Torrevieja’s cultural association Casino celebrates this year 2009 its 30th winter celebrations with a wide schedule full of activities for all ages and suiting all tastes.

Among other activities, we will have the classic Torrevieja’s choir and musical associations’ concerts, conferences and dance academies shows.

Other concerts planned for the casino will be the UMT wind instruments quartet concert on the 9th of December; the Inmaculada’s children choir on the 14th of December, or the González-
Sanchez duet with piano and violin for the 21st of December. The local Ricardo Lafuente choral society will also offer a concert on the 25th of December; the Francisco Vallejos choral society will be acting on the 27th; the UMT on the 30th; the Maestro Casanovas on the 9th of January; and the voice group Alabaladre on the 8th of January.

In these winter celebrations, a serenade night could not be missed. It will be on the 16th of December. There will also be a ball by the academy of Maria del Angel Martínez on the 18th of December, and a show under the title "Quijote Tango", with music and dance from the port suburbs of Buenos Aires, planned for the 26th of December.
