Last season more than 1,200 youth team players and hundreds of adults participated in one or more of the many sports and athletic activates offered in the municipality.

Even though Torrevieja has one of the most enviable Sports Complexes in all of Spain, numbers are still limited as to how many may participate in any one event and thus anyone interested in becoming involved this season should be aware that enrolment for many of the activates on offer, is now open.

Students who played for one of the municipal sports teams last year may make a pre-registration to try to book their place until September 4. Then, from 5 to September 30, the window will open for the pre-registration of students wishing to register for some of the schools. The price of each activity is 45 euros and 30 euros for large families. Furthermore, only 25 euros will be paid when the child is enroll in a second municipal sports school, if space is available.

On Thursday, September 1st, the registration opened for anyone interested in taking part in any of the scheduled activities of the council of sports, such as Body Combat, Pilates, Martial Arts, etc. In this case the pre-registration can be made until September 30.
