Exhibition of the Torrevieja’s painter Antonio Girona

The Torrevieja’s town cannot lose the opportunity to pay tribute to one of its distinguished painters, an unmistakable painter and writer who was a self-taught person, very personal and intuitive, and who left his own mark in those landscapes full of light and colour.  .

This self-taught painter and watercolorist was born in Torrevieja in 1925, and offered great exhibitions of his works in many cities of our country, such as Madrid, Mallorca, Murcia, Alicante and Ciudad Real. The exhibition starting tomorrow collects his pictorial works through 36 watercolours as well as personal documents and objects which have impressed his character throughout his long life.

The exhibition will be open to the public until May 30.
