Poll: Gin-tonic & Cocktail tour
What would you like to try in the "Gin-tonic&Cocktail tour"?
FC TORREGOLF Formally F.C. TORREVIEJA GOLF SOCIETY
The greens were like the cloth on a snooker table and fairways immaculate.
Our new name and affiliated now to www.fctorryfans.com saw us back to our home course for our normal Stableford Competition, and I have to say what a great day, as we all know El Plantio has always been spectacular and in good condition but it has to be said it was even better to-day. The greens were like the cloth on a snooker table and fairways immaculate. It is also noted that work is always an ongoing thing and how the gardeners respect us golfers when we are in near vicinity of what they are working on. Well done Santiago and all the Staff. Now back to the golf on the day, surprisingly scores were very low to-day and again very close, however, in the end victory went to Steve Brookes with 33 points then we had 3 members on 31 points and on the count back situation 2nd. Phil Brigham, good to see you back again with us Phil, 3rd. our Secretary John Williams and 4th. John Dunkley.
Nearest the pin on hole 9, new member to-day Brian Coombes, well done Brian and welcome.
Remember if you want to play with what we think is the friendliest bunch of ‘guys & girls’ in our area, take advantage of not only our special rates for match days but also if you go it direct to our designated courses then for 10 Euros membership which includes the Torry Fans in support of the Fans and F.C.Torrevieja then give our President David Winder a call on 626 774 157 (recommended by Torrevieja.com) or email him at davidwinder.torregolf@gmail.com
