Contact with radio hams in the entire world

June, 5 and 6, from the Delfín submarine.

The Torrevieja’s Delfín S-61 floating submarine museum will become the next 5th and 6th of June into the scenery for an activity sponsored by the Unión de Radioaficionados de España (Spanish Radio Ham Union), which will contact, from this point in Torrevieja, with over 100 different countries.

The Delfín will become a strategic point of connection with all different floating museums in the world.

This way, radio hams will meet those days at the Delfín museum and will be able to greet different national and international stations, inviting their speakers to visit our town.

During this activation they expect to contact other radio hams in different countries through a special watchword: AO5SUB (Alfa Oscar Cinco Sierra Uniform Bravo) which has been assigned to this event by the general Telecommunications Directorate. This QSL will bear a picture of the Delfín submarine and will be distributed among all radio hams contacting these days with Torrevieja.
