The aim of this course is to promote the use and manipulation of the jamón/paleta. The people participating will learn the theory and practice of selecting, starting, boning, preserving and presenting this typical product to be able to take the most of every piece.

Given by: Chimo Tormo, jamón master slicer.
Duration: 3 hours.  1.5 hour theory and 1.5 hours practice.

Polígono Industrial Casagrande

There will be customized courses depending on the people registered, divided in groups of 15.
Schedule: 5pm to 8 pm
