The Town Hall of Torrevieja aims to help people with severe mobility problems with this new edit launched by the Social Services Councilwoman Rosa Quesada Martínez. Application forms will be available from the 18th of April until the 18th of June 2007.

These new economic aids are individual and they are addressed to physically handicapped people with severe mobility problems who cannot use the local public transport. With this “bonotaxi” vouchers, these people wil benefit from economic aids to use adapted taxis for handicapped people in Torrevieja during the 2007 year.

The city of Torrevieja has the largest number of adapted taxis for handicapped people in the Valencian Community, all in all 17 adapted taxis.

Application forms are available at the Register desk of the New Town Hall of Torrevieja as well as at the Information desk of the Social Services Department in 39 Torrevejenses Ausentes Street.
