On Friday, February 5, at 12 p.m., Orihuela Medieval starts with the opening of the market doors (Orihuela’s gates), just next to the Santo Domingo school, the place where the inauguration will be celebrated; this will comprehend the Catholic Monarchs arrival, the start of the trilogy the medieval market is based in this year. From that moment on, many activities for all publics will take place, which will include plenty of novelties and shows.  

During the three days of this medieval market, opening time will be at 10 a.m., and it will offer shows, workshops and activities during the day and night.

For all the days of this medieval market, the Orihuela’s tourist office will be open to assist in any questions that visitors may have.

Hoods, birds’ flight workshops, Italian standard bearers, Arabian market, dances, tastings, horses tournaments, craftwork workshops, exhibition of weapons, medieval life show, troop parade, witches, hazards and goblins, dragons, elephants, tigers, horses and many things more will be offered by this Orihuela Medieval.
