Caja Madrid in Torrevieja launches its second “Real Estate Open Door” days offering 100 houses and discounts in prices until 50%.

These “Real Estate Open Door” days will be held between the 7th and the 9th of July 2010 at the Caja Madrid office located at the 115, Habaneras Avenue, opening hours from 16:00 to 20:00.

Renting option to purchase also available.

Possibility of financing until 100% the price.

Euribor  + 0,90% up to 40 years.

Reservations will only be available to be done within these days at the amount of 500 €.

Within the following 10 days (maximum) this initial booking will be increased up to 5.500€ or 2.500€, according to the purchased type of house.

Please note that some houses may not be available during these “Real Estate Open Door” days as they may have been already booked.
