Autonomous region cross clubs’ championship

The Cross will take place on Sunday, January 24 at 10 a.m. nearby the Parque Natural de Las Lagunas de La Mata (La Mata’s Salt Lakes Natural Park)

Over 900 athletes from the whole Comunidad Valenciana will participate in the Autonomous region cross clubs’ championship, where they will compete individually or through their Sports Clubs or city clubs. The Torrevieja’s presence in this championship will be quite important, both in terms of adult competitors as well as of children from Local Sports Schools, from the Torrevieja’s Club of Athletics as well as from the Millennium Club of Athletics. All athletes in the Comunidad Valenciana may participate as long as they have processed their federation or school permit. The race will be run around the Parque de las Lagunas de La Mata.

All athletes individually may collect their back numbers at the competition’s secretary’s office, up to 45 minutes before the start of the race.

Prizes will be given after the race in the surrounding area of La Mata cemetery. The three first teams classified in the Clubs Championship will obtain the Autonomic Champions award.
