From TUESDAY 15th January 2008 until THURSDAY 3rd April 2008 inclusive.

The ‘Oficina de Atención al Residente Internacional’ of the town hall of Torrevieja is pleased to announce that a further course of the overwhelmingly popular ‘Survival Spanish’ classes, fronted by language teacher, Jane Cronin, will commence as from TUESDAY 15th January 2008 and continue each Tuesday and Thursday morning (from 12.00 to 13.00h) in the town’s ‘Palacio de la Música’ until THURSDAY 3rd April 2008 inclusive. Once again, and owing to public demand, this time the course will offer a higher level and be aimed at those students who have already completed the very popular, basic level ‘Survival Spanish’ course as well as those who have some basic knowledge of Castellano Spanish.

The new, ‘Level 2’ course, will include, not only Spanish language, but as with previous courses, an insight into the way of life, traditions and customs of our Spanish neighbours.

The cost of the course is a token 20 euros and details of how to pay will be given to applicants at the time they register for a place. Applications will be accepted at the ‘Oficina de Atención al Residente Internacional’ situated within the tourist office in the main town square as follows:

- Those who have completed a previous ‘Survival Spanish’ course at basic level may apply from 09.00h on Monday 10th December 2007.

- Other applicants may apply as from Monday 17th December 2007.

No payment should be made until after the place on the course has been solicited and approved.
