THE ECONOMIC COOLING MOVES FORWARD THE SECOND REDUCTIONS

With up to 60% the small commerce and the híper celebrate clients’ increase, despite the mortgages and the shopping cart they foresee an average expense of 250 euros.

The economic cooling that the province suffers and that was accentuated after the end of summer is having also an important after effect on the sales that began yesterday.

The existence of abundant stocks, especially in the textile stores, has moved forward to first day discounts up to 60 % in small stores and in the big distribution. The whole sector celebrates the beginning of the sales and it is confident of improving the sales up to 5 %.

The economy has slowed down sales, especially in textile, footwear and complements, after the summer ended. In a conjuncture that has gone partner to the warning villains of the euríbor, increases of mortgages, increase of food shopping basket and the inflation, from Alicante consumers have left the purchase of clothes for the sales.

This way, starting yesterday we can take advantage, and without hoping for the last weeks of winter sales, sales that reach up to 60 % in cases of large supermarkets and of up to 50 % in the so called City Commerce’s. Although in all cases, the sectorial management Facpyme always recommends « to read the small letter of the cartelería and promotional publicity, since it states reductions up to, not of 50 % of widespread form ». Facpyme and it’s regional organization, the Valencian Confederacy of Commerce (Covaco) are sure the expenses per person in the sales will not go down 250 euros in this campaign, a quantity sensitively superior to 130 euros that has estimated the Federation of Users and Consumers Independent (FUCI) for the Valencian Community and to 119euros predicted on the average for the rest of Spain.
