Two children run over at a pedestrian crossing in Guardamar

A four year-old boy and a two year-old girl were seriously wounded last Saturday in Guardamar del Segura after having been run over at a pedestrian crossing, according to the Local Police report.

The accident took place aroung 11:45 am. on the Ingeniero Mira street, next to the “Reina Sofía” park.
Apparently the driver had a momentary lapse and did not see the children who were crossing with their father at the moment of the accident.

The two year-old girl had an encephalocranium traumatisim and the four year-old boy had several knocks on face and neck. They both are in hospital but in good condition of health, and they have already been sent to a room in the hospital.
