TWO PERSONS DROWN, ONE OF 66 AND THE OTHER 72-YEARS-OLD IN THE BEACHES OF ORIHUELA COSTA

The drownings happened in Cove Captain and in Campoamor.

On September 13, a 66-year-old man and a woman of 72 drowned when they were bathing in the sports port of Campoamor and in the cove Captain of Cabo Roig, both in Orihuela Costa, as sources from the Center of Information and Coordination of Emergencies (CICU) informed.

The first one of the drownings, which of the woman took place at 11 a.m. in the cove Captain of Cabo Roig.

The death of the 66-year-old man, took place ten minutes later in the sports port of Campoamor, also in the municipal boundaries of Orihuela Costa.

SAMU was called to each of theses places where they tried to revive the two drowning victims without success.
