From victim to accused

Francisco Ramirez feels calm despite having changed from being the victim of the burglary in his villa in Canals where 2 of the burglars died, to be the accused.

The Valencia Court has repealed the act of the Xátiva Court who found him innocent as for the two burglars were made dead in self-defence.

But the partner of one of the victims has now applied for the case review.

The Valencia Court has no doubt of Ramírez innocence, but they want the Sentence Court to decide.
