Albatros III Patrol Boat Floating Museum
Located in the Torrevieja’s harbor.
The “Albatros III” patrol boat belonged to the Customs Surveillance Service until it was given to the Sea and Salt Museum. It guarded our coasts for 33 years until it became a floating museum, in March 2006.
Torrevieja pays a tribute once again to its crew who, throughout seven generations, has been waiving the name of this town all along the coast. Great professionals and members of the customs maritime surveillance service.
The Sea and Salt Museum offers its visitors, since 23 March 2006, a new floating museum, the
Albatros III. We would like the visit to its interior to represent our appreciation to the work made by the members of its crew.
