Not sure if Torrevieja hospital would treat you as it's not really an emergency and St Jaime would probably be expensive. Perhaps a pop in clinic could help you, there are many of those about and one which I have been to who are very good is based just by the big fountain in Torrevieja town Centre (By the hippy market/funfair). You would definitely need your EHIC card if you wanted to try the Torrevieja hospital and the wait could be long as you would go to the back of the queue as it's not an emergency.
