I have a temporary sip card, I have just been sent my letter to go for fingerprints for residentuer will I then get a perminent sip card? thanks

Proccedure may have changed in last twelve months, but I automatically got my permanent card in the post after two weeks of applying.

If by the SIP card you mean Health Card then you should have initially been issued with a paper one. A provisional. Phone up the number on the rear, they only speak spanish, and request a plastic card. If you were never issued with a paper one you need to go to the Office of Social Security. I work in Orihuela so my office is in Orihuela.
