HI CAN ANYONE HELP.

We need to Park our Caravan in Storage in the Torre area when we come down to live.

There is secure storage North along the N332 the other side of Guadamar by about 3 km. Turn left at the Mavik Cement Works where the new Mercadona has been built, over a roundabout then you will see a signpost with a parking sign. This is about 14km North of T/v.
Tel 966726577 and ask for Franz. Has been going a long time and is secure and trustworthy. Price around 3€ per week, can be done on a mweekly or annual basis.

Not that I know of. There is also another place that avertises in the freebies near Benimar, can't remember what its number was but unlike the UK there is quite a lot of storage round here.

By the way are you still into caravanning? We do Spring to early Summer trips over Southern Europe and maybe exchange info...?

yes we do like travelling although I am not yet retired. We have a motorhome and the idea is to base it in Spain to do Spain we have already done south of France a number of times as well as Italy Germany etc

Sounds good. We have friends who have based a caravan near Cherbourg and pick it up on their way across to holiday in Spain in the Winter.
I take it you are aware of the pitfalls of keeping UK reg vehicles in Spain?
This year we spent a couple of months going up the Med coast and into France. Found a superb site near Carcassonne, cost around 8.20€ which is pretty good for France, stayed there a fortnight and then gently trecked across to Bologna for this years FICC. Can't say we likes Italy very much but that was down to our not having any Italian at all. We thought it might have Latin antecedents but quite honestly it really was a "foreign" language to us.
Next yerar it will be the Algarve, Portugal and then back via mid Spain. It is quite restrictive E - W travel in Spain, same as UK.

We would not at this point be looking to keep it Spain for more that 4 months. So we should not have problems.
when I retire we will re register to Spainish plates
