Apartment Insurance

Hi All,
I need to insure my apartment with a company who will insure me for
theft and damage. The apartment is used only by myself and partner
for 2 months per year & is not used for holiday lets.
Please can anyone recommend a trusty company who will give me a policy
in English.

Check with your community president - some of the risk will be covered by the community policy and it might be worth going with the same company. If not use a good local broker - try ECH just behind the Solbank (Torre sea front) they speak good English I have used them for years.
