Living in appt block good community but swimming pool only opens July-August 11am-2pm --5pm to 9pm locked with grill and gate no keys given to residents to access pool . during Warm months when over with grandchildren
cant use pool, also must have passes to access pool, bought this property with intention of retiring over here or at least visit for 6 months of year, Living in Ireland at present and having second thoughts about moving rules
a bit draconian I think is all this legal

If you dont like the rules you can always challenge them at one of your meetings.
those rules are in place because a majority of residents accepted them at the time.

That is terrible the pool belongs to all of the community and that includes you, our pool is open 8 to 10 every day of the year people swim at least from April to October, every owner has a key, you can change these rules at the AGM.
