busses to Alicante

Hi,

I'm going to be visiting Playa Flamenca for a week in June and I was hoping to take a trip to Alicante. Try as I may I can find no decent bus info either from Torrevieja or (even better) from Orihuela Costa. If anyone can point me in the right direction or assist in any way it'd be greatly appreciated.

There is an express bus service that runs from Cartagena along the N332 (bus stop opposite the Orihuela Costa town hall in Playa Flamenca) to Alicante - there is a timetable but its a work of fiction do like everyone else go and stand at the stop and pray for a bus it will come. Coming home is easier because they depart from the bus station on time.

Yes the bus stop is on the far side of the 332 facing the town hall
