Telefonica e-mail

Hi I have Telefonica broadband, which i have to say has worked well for a few years.The problem now is I am getting mails returned with the message "mailbox disc quota exceeded" Question : how do i empty my mailbox???

When I had telefonica they didnt autosaved any emails. but that could´ve changed.

If you are using outlook make sure you uncheck the box saying “keep a copy on server”
Youll find it in the advanced options in the accounts configurator.

If that fails. You will need to log in to your webmail. You should be able to find the URL on Telefonica.com.
Once logged in and in your inbox, happy deleting….
