If your'e not coming out until 2009, I'd ask again a few months before that. Things change quite often here. What you are told today could be completely different in 6 months time. Start learning the language to start with, that will definitely be a big help.

Cool movng to torri

if you have been working for at least the past 2 years you need to speak to the DWP in newcastle as you are entitled to transfer 2 years of you NI contributions. When you have this papaer you have to register with the health centre closest to you

A good book to get is The law and you in Spain it explains lots.

If you have not been working make sure you get private medical cover.
start now getting everything organised and your move will go without a hitch as the child is only 4 he will be able to integrate better if he goes to a spanish school can't tell you how to goabout it I'm sure you will getsome help

Great time to buy. Offer up to €60000 less for a €200000 property and watch them snap your hands off!!
Oh and get a good solicitor
