Default Dog poisoning

Saw this yesterday on the 'Other' forum and thought I'd put it on this one as it is very important people with animals know.

My friend in San Luis (San Luis/La Siesta border) had a piece of meat containing poison thrown over her wall and another piece outside her house and as a result, her lovely dog is now breathing it's last at the vet."

First time I've heard of this sort of thing around here.

Regardless of why this was done, it's a cowardly act and if the person is caught should be poisoned themselves. If people have a problem with animals talk to the owners, if then the problem isn't solved call the police and report it.

I think the people who do this sort of thing should be taken to the vets and undergo the sort of procedure that would make your eyes water!

And if this is what they do to defenceless animals, imagine what they are like in their dealings with people. These are the sort of people we don't want here. They are scum.

I have a friend who every night gave her neigghbours big alsatian a sausage with a 1/4th of a valium in it.
She spoke to the owner and complained about the endless barking at night. Since the owners choosed to ignore her, she did this.

Im not saying she is right or wrong, I have a dog myself and would be gutted and could probably do some very nasty things to anyone who hurt my dog.

But the dog stopped the barking though.

Couldn't she have taken the valium herself and slept through the barking at night.
