Costs for going by taxi

I'm heading for Mil Palmeras with a few friends in a couple of weeks, and we're not that well organized to say the least...

We're realising that taking the bus from Alicante Airport to Mil Palmeras would be the cheapest way of transport, but I'm lazy and therefore I wonder if anyone with a bit more local knowledge could estimate the costs of taking the bus vs going by taxi?

Also, does anyone have any idea what it may cost to take a taxi from Mil Palmeras to Torrevieja (and the other way around) in the night? From what I remember from Mil Palmeras from the last time I was there, we will probably feel a need for a bit more "energetic" night life and therefore transport our party longing souls to Torrevieja.

So why didnt you book in Torrevieja ? if yo want a safe journey to Mils Palmeras try Alicante airport transfers, Murcia airport transfers, Costa Blanca airport transfers they should be able to transport you as for the bus it willmean a trip in to Alicante then 11/2hr trip out to Mils Palmeras the cost will be around 20€ return. I'm afaid the taxi will be a lot more expensive

The reason why we didn't book Torrevieja is that we have a house in Mil Palmeras. It's not that I don't love Mil Palmeras, but when going away with friends it's nice to have the possibility for a bit more lively nightlife than what we feel the need for when going away only with family.

If it's any help.A taxi from Alicante airport to Torrevieja can cost between 45-60 euro!!That's only one way!
So unless your feeling rich!I would opt for the bus!!
