Hi,

I completed on my purchase in November 2004, when will my first tax bill be due?

Regarding the IRPF (Capital Gain Tax) for residents, the tax period was from the 2nd of May to the 30th of June 2005.
In case you are non resident, (IRNR) the tax period is from the 1st of January to the 31st of December 2005.

On the other hand, if the property you have purchased has around two years or more, you should ask for the Town Hall rates (IBI-SUMA), which will be in the name of the previous owner at the SUMA office. If it is a new property you should wait as the first bill will be sent to your address in Spain.
