    Predeterminado Catastral Value

    How do I find out my Catastral Value for non-resident tax purposes? I have not yet received my first Suma bill.

    If you have not received the first invoice for Town hall rates (IBI-SUMA) then the Catastral value for the payment of taxes will be half of the purchase price of the property.

    We will be glad to attend you at our offices in Torrevieja should you require any further information.
