COMMUNITY CHARGES
We are in phase 1 of a development in Formentera del Segura,4 blocks of 32 apartments.
There is a swimming pool, underground parking and a lift in each block
The first years community charge have been setat 63 Euros per month - which is far higher than the sales pitch we received.
Is this a reasonable charge considering the lift maintenance, pool cleaning etc?
