I am selling my apartment and have been asked to confirm the DECLARED VALUE and the selling price. The deeds give a figure for what the apartment was purchased for by me 5 years ago. Is this the DECLARED VALUE?

The declared value is the same than the selling price. However and using as reference Torrevieja area, you should not declared less than the 1,8 of the catastral value, as otherwise the Tax office could revise the payment of the tax.
