NIE and Power of Attorney

I have been asked to collect NIE for a friend who has instructed her Lawyer to set up POA for me, apart from Passport what other document do I need to take to the Town Hall for collection.

Sorry for delay in replying but my friend has just advised her Lawyer collected the NIE's. 03 Jan 07.
