Wealth Tax amounts

[Roy and Val]

My wife and I bought our property in joint names off plan in March 2004 for 121,000 Euro. We completed in July 2006. Could you please advice when the tax will be due for payment and approx the amount. Thank you.

Please note that if your Title deeds were granted in July 2006 with a declared value of 121.000 Euros, you should pay the non-residents tax from the year 2007 and it would amount approximately 325 Euros.
