Default Unemployment Benefit in Spain

I have worked in Spain for over four years. The first four years as self employed paying Spanish Social Security. The last 8 months on contract. My employment has now been termintaed due to the present climate.

Will I be entitled to Spanish unemployment benefit

Thank you

You would be entitled to 4 months of unemployment benefit if you had been contracted 12 months. However, having worked as employed for more than six months and if you do not have any kind of income, you could apply for a subsidy at the SERVEF office.
