Owed money
Plese could you tell me what I need to do if I am owed money by a person in Spain, who we have discovered has no intention of repaying the debt.
I have a paper trail of the money loaned to them and a Lectra saying they owe us.

Owed money
First of all, you will have to find out the solvency of the debtor and after that to present a judicial claim in order for a judge to order the refund of the owed money, urging the necessary guarantees for its cashing.
