There are differences when the property is new (first transmission) or a second-hand property (second transmission)

Regarding the differences between taxes for residents in Spain or in the United Kingdom, they are just on the formalities but not on the obligation to pay taxes, which is the same in both cases, whether on the transmission or on the profit.
