First house bought in Spain September 2004, no paperwork from Builders until April 2006 when we went to Notary. In December 2007 we completed Part Exchange on our house for new house, monies were paid in full from Agent, they then sold it May 2009.
This tax year we are told wehave to pay nearly 7,000 in two parts.
We sold cheaper house for dearer and we are both over 65.
Appreciate some help on this matter.

We would require to have a look of the documentation to be able to assist you.
You can contact us and will be happy to check the paperwork and confirm if the tax you are required to pay is correct.
