SQUATTERS in EL Chapparal

We have squatters in Zone 4 bungalows El Chapparal, they broke in unoccupied property ,no electric, no water, no sanitation, No Good, how do we get them out,unable to contact owner!! This could be the start it also takes the value off the other residents properties there,you could be next with unwanted "guests!!"

The only one that can evict the squatters is the owner of the property.
