Swimming pool not included on escitura

I compared my purchase contract with the escitura and noticed that the swimming pool is not listed on my escitura. The person doing our conveyancing says that it is very rare that a swimming pool is included on the escitura. I cannot believe this. I think they are just making excuses. A friend has told me that I will need to add the swimming pool on to the escitura before I sell the property.
Can you clarify the position for me.

It is different depending on wether it is a private pool or a communal one.

Assuming it is a private pool, you should apply for the pool license and the certificate of final construction. Then, you should declare it at the notary by means of the Deeds of New Construction.
