How do you take away Power of Attorney?

Hi

Can someone please advise how you take away Power of Attorney from a Solicitor. Does it have to go through a Notery and do you know if there are any charges for this?

It is not necessary to do it through a notary, you can do it in any way whenever it is an accurate notice that is received by the solicitor (telegram, burofax, by letter presented to the solicitor and singed by him/her)
