bad builders advice

I bought a new build from a large building company in spain, and the house has leaked from day 1.They have tried to repair the roof 4 times and it is just getting worse.
As the house leaks,in my mind i have given them enough chances to repair the issue which they have not done,where do i stand,can i get them to buy back the house,or do i just carry on letting make the leaks worse.

You need to contact a building surveyor who will state the faulty construction, how they must be repaired and will also value the cost of the repairs. The surveyor's report would be used as base for a judicial claim.
