I paid for a car hire in Cyprus for my holidays in July but when I arrived Decode had not paid the rental company. I had to payout a second time to get the car. Decode promised a refund but are now saying 3 months on that they are unable to refund as their systems will not let them and I should blaim through my bank. I am not getting very far with that as I paid by debit card not credit card. What can I do Decode owe me £578.66. I am at my wits end.
