I rented a holiday home from CostaBlancaLive in July/Aug 2010, and they have not repaid my deposit. John Treagust, the owner of CostaBlanca Live is claiming that his company have cash flow problems, but this seems to be one false poromise after another. Can you advise as to what other course of action might be open to me. His comopany is still trading, and there are others who have experienced the same issue.. this is effectively theft, and obtaining monies under false pretences.
