    Predeterminado laws governing community properties

we hear a lot about laws governing swimming pools in relation to communities in particular about the usage of inflatable toys in pools. can you advise whether there are any specific laws about this as I am unsure whether the law is just that decided by the president.

    Predeterminado

There are not specific laws governing the use of swimming pools, except those related to the need to employ a lifeguard depending on the size of the swimming pool.

The rules and regulations related to the use of swimming pools are not in any case decided by the President of the Community. The President should look after the fulfilment of the existing regulations, which should be established in the Constitutive Title Deeds (Deeds of New Building) or in the Articles of Association of the Community of Owners and by default of these, the laws should be those compiled by the General Law in what refer to the civil liability that could cover those cases in which users of swimming pools do not follow the norms and regulations.
